Запеканка из сельди с картофелем. Рецепт с фото
Простой рецепт рыбы с картошкой, приготовленной в духовке. Беломорская сельдь некрупная, поэтому быстро готовится в духовке. Чтобы картофель успел пропечься одновременно с рыбой, нарежьте его ломтиками толщиной не более 5 мм. Лук и сливочное масло, добавленные в запеканку, сделают блюдо еще вкуснее, добавят сочности. Пробуем?
Для приготовления запеканки вам потребуется:
- сельдь беломорская — около 600г
- картофель — 1кг
- лук репчатый — 1 шт.
- соль — по вкусу
- розмарин (сушеный) — 1 ч.л.
- перец черный (молотый) — по вкусу
- масло растительное — 1-2 ст.л.
- масло сливочное — около 50г.
Рецепт запеканки:
Сначала подготовит рыбу. Тушки выпотрошить, срезать все плавники и отрезать голову. Икру и рыбные молоки не выбрасывайте, запечем вместе с рыбками. Каждую тушку обсушить бумажным полотенцем, удаляя черную пленку и остатки крови из брюшек. Посолить, поперчить, отставить в сторону.
Лук и картофель очистить. Лук нарезать тонкими полукольцами, картофель — тонкими кружочками. Чем тоньше будут кружочки картофеля, тем быстрее он приготовится.
В миску сложить лук и картофель, посолить его,
приправить сушеным розмарином и полить небольшим количеством растительного масла.
На дно формы вылить 1 ст.л. растительного масла, распределить его и выложить примерно половину картофеля с луком.
На картофель уложить в один слой подготовленные тушки беломорской сельди, молоки и икру.
Накрыть оставшимся картофелем.
На картофельный слой разложить кусочки сливочного масла. Прикрыть форму фольгой и отправить в разогретую до 180С духовку на 50 минут.
Спустя указанное время убрать фольгу, прибавить температуру в духовке до 200С и оставить примерно на 5 минут, чтобы подрумянился верхний слой картофеля. Картофельная запеканка с сельдью готова. Перед подачей можно удалить из рыбы все кости, так будет удобнее есть. Приятного аппетита!
