Малиновая газировка для сифона. Рецепт с фото

Получилась очень вкусная, ароматная малиновая шипучка с пышной шапкой из плотной пенки. Приходилось по нескольку раз добавлять напиток в бокал, дожидаясь, когда осядет пена. Сахар добавляйте по своему вкусу, но обязательно дождитесь, чтобы он полностью растворился, и только после этого переливайте напиток в сифон.

Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • малиновый сок (сладкий) — 2 стакана
  • вода — 2 стакана
  • сахар — 2 ст.л.
  • лимон (сок) — 1/2 шт.

Рецепт :

Помним, что все составляющие напитка смешиваем не в сифоне, а в отдельно посуде. В графин налить охлажденный сладкий малиновый сок.

Из лимона выдавить сок. Делать это удобнее прессом для цитрусовых, но и обычная вилка неплохо справляется с этой задачей.
