Салат из консервированного тунца со свеклой и плавленым сырком. Рецепт с фото
Для салата из тунца свеклу можно запечь или сварить. С печеной свеклой салат получается вкуснее. Не забудьте слегка подморозить плавленый сырок, тогда будет легче натирать его на терке. Консервированная рыба подойдет любая, хотя тунец предпочтительнее (если в банке целый кусочек, а не труха).
Для приготовления салата вам потребуется:
- консервированный тунец — 1 банка
- свекла — 1 шт.
- яйцо — 1-2 шт.
- плавленый сырок («Дружба») — 1 шт.
- лук репчатый — 1/2 шт.
- огурец свежий — 1 шт. (маленький)
- сахар — 1 ч.л.
- уксус (6%) — 1 ч.л.
- соль — по вкусу
- масло растительное для заправки.
Рецепт салата:
Плавленый сырок убрать в морозилку, пока подготавливаете остальные продукты для салата.
Свеклу вымыть, обернуть фольгой и запечь в прогретой до 200С духовке до готовности. Если лень запекать свеклу, просто её сварите. Готовую свеклу очистить, нарезать маленькими кубиками или натереть на крупной терке.
Репчатый лук нарезать тонкими полукольцами, залить кипятком на 1-2 минуты, затем откинуть на сито. Приготовить маринад для лука, подкислив холодную питьевую воду, а затем размешав в ней сахар. Залить лук маринадом и оставить на 10-20 минут.
Сварить яйцо вкрутую (достаточно 10 минут после закипания воды). Вареные яйца переложить в холодную воду. Когда яйца остынут, очистить мелко нарезать.
Свежий огурец вымыть, разрезать пополам и удалить семечки. Так в салате будет меньше жидкости.
С банки с консервированным тунцом слить жидкость. Рыбу разобрать на небольшие кусочки.
Когда плавленый сырок подмерзнет, натереть его на крупной терке.
В салатнике смешать свеклу и маринованный лук, посолить и сбрызнуть растительным маслом.
На большое плоское блюдо выложить слой свеклы с луком. На него уложить нарезанный огурец.
Распределить тертый сыр
и рубленое яйцо. Немного посолить.
Последним слоем разложить кусочки консервированного тунца. Можно подавать салат сразу и перемешивать его уже на своей тарелке. Получается простой и сытный ужин для любителя консервированной рыбы. Приятного аппетита!
