Суп с куриными фрикадельками . Рецепт с фото
Если у вас в морозилке есть запас замороженного куриного бульона, то обратите внимание на рецепт быстрого супа с куриными фрикадельками. Готовый бульон здорово экономит время: овощи заливают бульоном, проваривают и добавляют мясные фрикадельки. Суп будет готов уже через полчаса. Согласитесь, это совсем не плохо для куриного супа. Подробности рецепта смотрите ниже.
Для приготовления супа вам потребуется:
- куриный бульон — 1.2 л
- куриное филе (грудка) — 200г
- картофель — 2 шт.
- лук — 1 шт.
- морковь — 1 шт.
- масло растительное для жарки
- соль — по вкусу
- перец черный (молотый) — по вкусу
- яйцо — 1 шт.
- зелень свежая.
для подачи:
Рецепт супа:
Лук, картофель и морковь очистить. Лук нарезать кубиками, морковь — натереть на крупной терке. Картофель нарезать не большими дольками или кубиками.
В сковороде разогреть 1 ст.л. растительного масла и пассеровать лук с морковью.
Переложить овощную пассеровку в кастрюлю, добавить нарезанный картофель (отложить в сторону 1/4 картофелины на фарш) и влить горячий куриный бульон. Поставить кастрюлю на плиту, дать супу закипеть на среднем огне, после чего уменьшить нагрев до минимального и варить под крышкой примерно 10 минут.
Приготовить фарш для куриных фрикаделек. Пропустить через мясорубку куриное филе и четвертинку картофеля. Добавить яйцо.
Приправить солью и молотым черным перцем. Хорошо вымесить фарш.
При помощи чайной ложки и влажных рук формовать шарики-фрикадельки.
По мере формовки опускать фрикадельки в тихо кипящий суп. Большой ложкой (или половником) проверять, чтобы фрикадельки не пристали ко дну посуды. Вскорости куриные фрикадельки обязательно всплывут, и примерно через 5-7 минут снять кастрюлю с супом с плиты. Оставить суп крышкой немного настояться перед тем, как разлить по тарелкам.
Готовый суп с куриными фрикадельками украсить мелко нарезанной свежей зеленью и можно подавать на стол. Приятного аппетита!
