Скумбрия на сковороде гриль. Рецепт с фото
Если у вас есть сковорода гриль, не дайте её пылиться в шкафу. Приготовьте на неё филе скумбрии. Во-первых, это красиво. От ребер сковороды на филе появляются красивые полоски. Во-вторых, мы используем минимум масла. В-третьих, филе готовится очень быстро. Сплошные плюсы, надо делать.
Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- скумбрия — 2 шт.
- соль — по вкусу
- перец — по вкусу
- масло растительное — 1 ст.л.
Рецепт :
Скумбрию разморозить, если рыба была замороженная, выпотрошить, отрезать голову и плавники. Промыть под проточной водой, обсушить бумажным полотенцем. Отделить от костей филе. Мелкие кости удалить из срезанного филе пинцетом.
На коже филе сделать несколько неглубоких насечек.
Посыпать солью, молотым черным перцем и оставить на 5 минут.
Смазать рыбу с обеих сторон растительным маслом.
Разогреть сковороду гриль. Смазывать маслом не надо! Переложить филе скумбрии на сковороду, подвигать его по дну сковороды, чтобы рыба не прилипла. Жарить на среднем огне примерно 3 минуты. Этого должно хватить, чтобы некрупная рыбы прожарилась с одной стороны, и на её поверхности появились характерные полоски от сковороды гриль.
Перевернуть филе и продолжить жарку с другой стороны примерно столько же. Готовое филе скумбрии переложить на тарелку. Подавать с ломтиком лимона и гарниром на ваш вкус. Приятного аппетита!
