Картофельная запеканка с консервированным тунцом. Рецепт с фото

Само собой, для запеканки подойдет филе свежей рыбы, но с консервированной получается быстрее. Выбирайте проверенные консервы, чтобы там точно были кусочки рыбы, а не труха. В этом рецепте – тунец в масле. С горбушей, скумбрией и иваси будет ничуть не хуже. Для основы варим картофель и делаем воздушное пюре на молоке и сливочном масле. Для приготовления запеканки вам потребуется:

  • тунец консервированный (в масле или натуральный) — 300г
  • молоко — 150 мл
  • томатная паста — 2 ст.л.
  • лук репчатый — 1 шт.
  • сыр (твердых сортов) — 100-150г
  • картофель — 5-7 шт.
  • масло сливочное — 30г
  • соль — по вкусу
  • зелень сушеная (итальянская смесь) — 1 ч.л.
  • масло растительное для жарки.

Рецепт запеканки:

Сначала приготовить картофельное пюре. Картофель вымыть, очистить. Каждую картофелину разрезать на несколько частей и положить в кипящую подсоленную воду. Прикрыть крышкой и варить на небольшом огне до готовности.

Пока варится картофель, лук очистить и мелко нарезать. Разогреть в глубокой сковороде 2 ст.л. растительного масла и пассеровать на нем лук. Следом добавить сушеную зелень и томатную пасту. Хорошенько размешать.

Переложить в сковороду с луком консервированную рыбу. Если рыба в масле, то масло слить (оно нам не понадобится в этом блюде). Размять рыбу вилкой.

Разбавить небольшим половником воды, в которой варится картофель. Прикрыть крышкой и готовить на слабом огне примерно 5-6 минут, чтобы рыбная смесь немного загустела.

С вареного картофеля слить воду, размять.

Подлить к картофелю теплое молоко и продолжать размешивать, пока не получится пышное картофельное пюре.

Жаропрочную форму смазать маслом и наполнить её картофельным пюре. Разровнять.

На картофель распределить соус из консервированного тунца.

Посыпать тертым сыром.

Духовку разогреть до 190С. Поставить форму с запеканкой в духовку. Запекать, пока сыр не расплавится и слегка не подрумянится. Картофельная запеканка с консервированной рыбой будет готова через 10-20 минут. Точное время приготовления зависит от сыра, который вы используете, а остальные продукты запеканки уже и так готовы. Форму с запеканкой достать из духовки, дать ей немного остыть и можно нарезать на порции. Приятного аппетита!
