Вопрос как снять кожицу с помидора, особенно актуален в период летних заготовок, т.к. для некоторых рецептов помидоры нужны именно без кожицы. Делается это легко и просто по принципу надрезал-ошпарил-содрал. Не верите? Читайте инструкцию ниже.
Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- помидор
- вода.
Рецепт :
Помидор вымыть и на макушке сделать тонким ножом неглубокий крестообразный надрез.
Довести воду до кипения и с помощью шумовки погрузить помидоры в кипяток. Снять кастрюлю с плиты и оставить помидоры в кипятке на несколько минут.
Переложить ошпаренные помидоры в холодную воду. Будет заметно, что кожица на месте разреза заметно раздвинулась.
Аккуратно потянуть за кончики кожицы и снять всю без остатка, не повредив сочную мякоть. Делать это легко, кожица легко отделяется от мякоти.
