Салат Нисуаз с печенью трески. Рецепт с фото
Есть салаты, которые вполне могут заменить обед или ужин. Салат Нисуаз с печенью трески один из таких. В нем овощная часть, представленная молодым картофелем, зеленой фасолью и помидорами, дополнена ломтиками вареного яйца и аппетитными кусочками печени трески. Заправку для салата можно приготовить из сока лимона и рубленого чеснока. Все очень просто и вкусно.
Для приготовления салата вам потребуется:
- зеленый салат — 1 пучок
- молодой картофель — около 300г
- помидоры — 2 шт.
- фасоль стручковая — 200г
- оливки — 2 горсти
- яйцо (вареное) — 3 шт.
- печень трески — 1 банка
- лимон (сок) — 1/4 шт.
- чеснок — 1 зубчик
- соль, молотый черный перец — по вкусу.

Рецепт салата:
Мелкий молодой картофель вымыть с щеткой под проточной водой и сварить до готовности в подсоленной воде. Откинуть на дуршлаг, а затем обсушить на салфетке.
Зеленую стручковую фасоль вымыть, отрезать у каждого стручка кончики и боковые жилки.
Довести до кипения примерно 3 литра воды, посолить и положить в воду подготовленную фасоль. Варить 3-5 минут, чтобы фасоль оставалась слегка хрустящей. Откинуть бланшированную зеленую фасоль на дуршлаг и сразу же переложить в холодную воду, чтобы стручки сохранили зеленый цвет.
Вареный картофель нарезать на четвертинки и обжарить на растительном масле до румяной корочки.
В салатнике смешать картофель, зеленую фасоль и маслины.
На дно порционных тарелок уложить листья зеленого салата, затем картофель с фасолью и маслинами, следом — ломтики помидоров и четвертинки вареного яйца.
Открыть банку печени трески, слить жир из банки. Печень трески разрезать на кусочки и положить в салат.
Для салатной заправки смешать измельченный чеснок с соком лимона. Перед подачей полить салат Нисуаз с печенью трески получившейся заправкой. Салат готов. Приятного аппетита!
