Компот из желтой алычи предпочитаю заготавливать в литровых банках (иногда даже беру банки поменьше). Открытые небольшие баночки удобно хранить в холодильнике. Компот получается медово-сладким, поэтому часто разбавляю его водой уже в стакане.
Для приготовления компота вам потребуется:
- на 1 литровую банку компота:
- алыча – 200г
- сахар – 100-150г
- вода – 850 мл.
Рецепт компота:
Банки вымыть горячей водой с содой, простерилизовать любым удобным для вас способом. Крышки залить кипятком.
Жёлтую алычу перебрать, отбраковывая подгнившие плоды и выбирая только самые зрелые, сочные. Промыть ягоды под проточной водой и откинуть на дуршлаг.
Разложить алычу по стерилизованным банкам. Если у вас небольшой объем алычи, то сначала удалите из неё косточки.
Залить ягоды в банке кипятком так, чтобы вода начала переливаться через край. Прикрыть банки с алычой крышками, оставить в таком виде на 20 минут.
Слить отвар из банок в кастрюлю, добавить сахар и довести до кипения. Снизить нагрев до минимального и держать на плите 5 минут, чтобы кристаллы сахара полностью растворились.
Разлить сироп по банкам, герметично укупорить крышками и перевернуть банки вверх дном. Прикрыть банки с компотом пледом и оставить на ночь медленно остывать. Готовый компот из жёлтой алычи хранить в сухом прохладном месте.
