Перечные шницели в кляре, фаршированные брынзой. Рецепт с фото
Для перечных шницелей выбирайте большие мясистые сладкие перцы. Для начинки подойдет брынза или адыгейский сыр в смеси с мелко нарезанной петрушкой. Каждый перчик надо нафаршировать настолько, чтобы он оставался плоским (примерно 2 столовых ложки начинки на один большой перец).
Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- болгарский перец (большой, мясистый) — 4 шт.
- брынза (или адыгейский сыр) — 100-150г
- петрушка — 1 небольшой пучок
- яйцо — 1 шт.
- мука — 3 ст.л.
- молоко — 3 ст.л.
- соль, черный перец — по вкусу
- растительное масло для жарки.
Рецепт :
Запечь перцы в духовке на решетке. Сразу же, горячими положить в полиэтиленовый пакет, немного подождать, вытащить, убрать хвостики и семена, очистить от кожицы.
Нафаршировать тертым или раскрошенным сыром, смешанным с очень мелко порезанной петрушкой, у меня был адыгейский сыр (его надо посолить, брынза и так соленая). Нафаршировать настолько, чтобы перцы оставались плоскими, примерно 2 столовых ложки начинки на один большой перец.
Сделать кляр из яйца, молока и муки, посолить и поперчить его.
Как следует обвалять перцы в кляре и жарить в хорошо разогретом растительном масле. Готово. Подавать со сметаной, смешанной с чесноком и зеленью или с другим соусом, который нравится. Это очень вкусно Перцы можно брать разного цвета.
