Оладьи с бананом на сковороде. Рецепт с фото
Замешиваем для оладий дрожжевое тесто с очень спелыми бананами, размятыми в пюре. Получаются пышные оладьи с насыщенным банановым вкусом, которые можно подать со сметаной, сгущенкой, мёдом или любым сладким соусом на ваш вкус. Пробуем?
Для приготовления оладий вам потребуется:
- мука — 360г
- молоко — 500 мл
- яйцо — 2 шт.
- дрожжи сухие — 2 ч.л.
- сахар — 2 ст. л.
- соль — 1/2 ч.л.
- банан — 2-3 шт.
Рецепт оладий:
В миску просеять муку, добавить сухие быстродействующие дрожжи,
сахар и соль. Хорошо перемешать венчиком или вилкой.
Молоко немного подогреть и вливать тонкой струйкой, размешивая сначала ложкой,
а затем — миксером на небольшой скорости. Затянуть миску с тестом пищевой пленкой, поставить в теплое место на 40-50 минут.
Когда тесто увеличится в объеме примерно в 2 раза, влить размешанные вилкой яйца.
Очищенный зрелый банан нарезать кусочками, сложить в отдельную посуду и размять вилкой в пюре.
Примешать банановое пюре в тесто, дать ему повторно подняться.
Разогреть сковороду. Затем уменьшить нагрев до среднего, смазать небольшим количеством растительного масла и столовой ложкой выкладывать банановое тесто. Печь оладьи с двух сторон до подрумянивания. Переложить оладьи на тарелку. Проделать всё то же самое с остальным тестом. Сковороду можно больше не смазывать маслом, достаточно протирать бумажным полотенцем, чтобы на ней не оставалось кусочков теста. Банановые оладьи подавать горячими со сметаной, сгущенкой или любым соусом по вкусу. Приятного аппетита!
