Кисель из груш. Рецепт с фото
Из спелых груш получается очень ароматный кисель. Да и консистенция напитка отличается от других фруктовых киселей. Перед варкой груши надо очистить, тогда в готовом виде кисель получится нежного кремового цвета без посторонних вкраплений, которые появляются из-за грушевой кожицы. Количество сахара в рецепте можно менять по своему вкусу (всё зависит от сорта и степени зрелости груш).
Для приготовления киселя вам потребуется:
- груши — 500г
- вода — 1 л
- сахар — 4 ст.л.
- крахмал — 2 ст.л.
- вода (для крахмала) — 100 мл.
Рецепт киселя:
Груши вымыть и очистить от кожуры.
Каждую грушу разрезать пополам, удалить семенную коробочку. Подготовленные половинки порезать более мелкими дольками и сложить в кастрюлю.
Залить груши водой, довести до кипения, снизить огонь до среднего и варить 15-20 минут, до мягкости груш.
Снять кастрюлю с грушами в отваре с плиты, дать им слегка остыть, после чего пробить погружным блендером.
Добавить сахар и хорошо размешать, чтобы он растворился.
Отдельно развести крахмал в 100 мл теплой воды.
Вылить разведенный крахмал в пюре из груш и вернуть кастрюлю на плиту. Довести до кипения и проварить, помешивая, пока крахмал не загустеет.
Снять готовый грушевый кисель с плиты и дать ему полностью остыть. Густой кисель из груш готов. Приятного аппетита!
