Как почистить авокадо. Рецепт с фото

Спелое авокадо легко очистить. Достаточно просто разрезать плод пополам и пальцами стынуть кожуру. Если же кожура плохо отделяется от мякоти, то вам пригодится наша инструкция чистки плодов авокадо с помощью ножа и ложки.

Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • авокадо

Рецепт :

Разрезать авокадо по длине окружности, доходя ножом до самой косточки. После этого обеими руками взять половинки плода и прокрутить их в разные стороны вдоль разреза. В одной половинке останется косточка. Извлечь её можно ложкой или ножом, как показано на фото.

Со спелого плода кожура легко стягивается просто руками. Но если кожура плохо отделяется от мякоти, то её извлекают следующим образом. Ножом нарезать мякоть внутри кожуры, направляя лезвие начала вдоль, а затем поперек плода.
