Варенье из тёрна с яблоками и сливой. Рецепт с фото

Попробуйте приготовить терновое варенье с добавлением сливы и яблок. Лучше сварите немного, чтобы убедитесь, что ягоды терновника (или терносливы, как его иногда называют) вам точно по вкусу.

Для приготовления варенья вам потребуется:

  • тёрн — 1 кг, яблоки — 500г
  • слива — 500г
  • сахар — 1.5кг
  • вода — 250 мл.

Рецепт варенья:

Яблоки, сливу и терн хорошо промыть под проточной холодной водой и откинуть на дуршлаг.

В посуду для варения пересыпать ягоды и добавить воду. Поставить на небольшой огонь и проварить 20 минут, после закипания. Желательно прикрыть крышкой, чтобы ягоды лучше пропарились и не брызгали.

Поставить дуршлаг над миской и перелить в него содержимое таза для варения. Протереть ягоды через дуршлаг, чтобы мякоть отделилась от косточек.

Косточки выбросить, а ягодную мякоть протереть через металлическое сито. Вернуть получившееся ягодное пюре в посуду для варки варенья.

Яблоки нарезать тонкими дольками. Если яблоки с твердой кожицей, ее лучше очистить. Проварить яблоки с ягодным пюре на небольшом огне до закипания, затем еще 8 минут.

После размягчения яблок можно дополнительно пюрировать. Но я не стала этого делать. Засыпать сахаром и оставить на ночь.

На следующий день, когда сахар полностью раствориться, довести варенье до кипения на среднем огне и проварить примерно 8-10 минут, постоянно помешивая.

Горячее варенье разложить по стерилизованным банкам и герметично закрыть крышками. Варенья из тёрна с яблоками и сливой готово.
