Компот из малины и красной смородины на зиму. Рецепт с фото
В этом компоте сочетается сладость и аромат малины с деликатной кислинкой красной смородины. Напиток получится прозрачным, если для него отобрать самые лучшие ягоды — зрелые, целые, не мятые. Ингредиенты в рецепте рассчитаны на 3х-литровую банку.
Для приготовления компота вам потребуется:
- на 3х-литровую банку компота:
- смородина красная — 400г
- малина — 200г
- вода — 2.7 литра
- сахар — 300г.
Рецепт компота:
Банки для компота вымыть с пищевой содой, ополоснуть под проточной водой и простерилизовать любым удобным способом. Крышки залить кипятком.
Малину и красную смородину перебрать, промыть в холодной воде, откинуть на дуршлаг, после чего очистить от веточек и чашелистиков.
В подготовленные банки разложить ягоды в нужном соотношении.
Залить ягоды в банках кипятком. Сначала влейте пару половников кипятка, после чего можно заполнить банку полностью по самое горлышко. Прикрыть банку крышкой, оставить на 15-20 минут.
Спустя указанное время, слить отвар из банок в кастрюлю подходящего объема.
Добавить сахар и вернуть кастрюлю с сиропом на плиту. Дождаться, когда жидкость закипит, уменьшить огонь до минимального и проварить примерно 5 минут.
Разлить сироп из ягодного отвара с сахаром по банкам. Сироп должен чуть-чуть переливаться из банок.
Плотно закрыть банки с компотом ошпаренными металлическими крышками. Перевернуть банки кверху дном, прикрыть пледом и оставить на ночь медленно остывать. Готовый компот мохито из красной смородины с малиной хранить в сухом прохладном месте.
