Компот из костяники и ежевики. Рецепт с фото

Рецепт летнего компота из лесных ягод — костяники и ежевики. Мы взяли приблизительно поровну и тех, и других ягод, но, по-моему, вкус костяники в напитке чувствовался сильнее. Поэтому если вам больше нравится ежевика, то меняйте соотношение в её пользу. В остальном — замечательный, ягодный компот.

Для приготовления компота вам потребуется:

  • костяника — 100г
  • ежевика — 100г
  • вода — 1 л
  • сахар — 4 ст.л. (или по вкусу).

Рецепт компота:

Перебрать собранную костянику, удалить сухие листья и веточки.

Ягоды отделить от веток, пересыпать в кастрюлю с холодной водой и аккуратно промыть. Переложить промытую костянику и ежевику на дуршлаг.
