Горячий шоколад с яичным желтком. Рецепт с фото
Для напитка подойдет черный или молочный шоколад. Сладкоежки могут добавить еще и сахар, а для аромата можно дополнительно капнуть коньяка.
Для рецепта шоколада вам потребуется:
- молоко — 150 мл
- шоколад черный — 50-100г
- яйцо (желток) — 1 шт.
- сахар — по вкусу
- кардамон (молотый) — 1 щепотка
- корица (молотая) — 1 щепотка
- соль — 1 щепотка.
Рецепт приготовления шоколада:
В небольшой кастрюле довести до кипения молоко.
В отдельной миске растереть венчиком яичный желток с сахаром и солью.
Влить во взбитый желток немного горячего молока, продолжая работать венчиком, чтобы желток не свернулся. Затем перелить яично-молочную смесь обратно в ковш с молоком и размешать. Вернуть на плиту и, помешивая венчиком, проварить на маленьком огне 2-3 минуты, не давая закипеть. Иначе желток свернутся!
Когда смесь начнет густеть, снять ковш с плиты, приправить молотым кардамоном, корицей
и добавить наломанный кусочками шоколад. Тщательно размешав, чтобы растопился шоколад, разлить по чашам чудесное угощение, пока оно не остыло. По желанию можно дополнительно капнуть коньяка. Горячий шоколад с желтком готов. Приятного аппетита!
