На сегодня — рецепт фаршированных яиц с начинкой из печени трески и творожного сыра. Конечно, вы можете заменить творожный сыр майонезом, но начинка с сыром получается более кремовой, плотной, благодаря чему она лучше держит форму. Кроме соли и перца, в начинку можно добавить рубленую зелень.

Рецепт :

Куриные яйца вымыть, положить в кипящую воду и как только вода снова закипит, варить 10 минут. Переложить вареные яйца в холодную воду и дать им остыть. Чтобы остывшие яйца легче было чистить, перед тем как опустить их в холодную воду, разбейте скорлупу в нескольких местах.

Яйца очистить от скорлупы. Каждое яйцо разрезать вдоль на 2 половинки и вынуть желтки.
