Салат из квашеной капусты с сельдью и свеклой. Рецепт с фото
Салат из квашеной капусты с соленой сельдью напоминает винегрет с рыбой, но готовится проще, быстрее и из меньшего количества ингредиентов. Его можно подавать как самостоятельное блюдо или вместе с картофельным пюре. Свеклу для салата желательно запечь в фольге, чтобы вкус был более яркий.
Для приготовления салата вам потребуется:
- свёкла (крупная) — 1 шт.
- слабосолёная сельдь (филе) — 1 шт.
- квашеная капуста — 200г
- лук зеленый — 3 перышка
- укроп свежий — 2-3 веточки
- масло растительное — 2 ст.л.
- уксус винный (белый) — 2 ст.л.
- горчица — 1 ч.л.
- соль, перец — по вкусу.

Рецепт салата:
Свеклу вымыть, обернуть фольгой, уложить на противень и запекать в духовке при 200С примерно 40 минут. Проверить готовность свеклы, проткнув ножом. Если она пропеклась, то очистить и нарезать маленькими кубиками.
Филе солёной сельди нарезать кусочками шириной около 2 см.
Квашеную капусту отжать, а если она окажется слишком кислой, то сначала промыть под проточной холодной водой, откинуть на дуршлаг и хорошо отжать. Подготовленную капусту переложить в салатник и посыпать сахаром, перемешать.
К капусте добавить нарезанную кубиками свеклу
и рубленую зелень.
Последними положить в салат кусочки соленой рыбы.
Приготовить салатную заправку: в небольшой миске смешать масло, уксус, горчицу. Заправить салат получившимся соусом,перемешать и можно подавать на стол. Салат из квашеной капусты со свеклой и соленой сельдью готов. Приятного аппетита!
