Шашлык из свиного сердца на майонезе с лимоном. Рецепт с фото
Если вы любитель субпродуктов, то рецепт шашлыка из свиного сердца точно заслуживает вашего внимания. Благодаря кислотам в маринаде из лимона с луком и майонезом шашлык получается сочным, вкусным и очень ароматным.
Для приготовления шашлыка вам потребуется:
- сердце свиное — 700г
- майонез — 3 ст.л.
- лимон — 40г
- лук репчатый — 1 шт.
- соль
- перец черный (молотый)
- паприка сладкая — на кончике ножа
- кориандр (молотый) — 1 щепотка.
Рецепт шашлыка:
Свиное сердце хорошо промываем под проточной водой. Все протоки, нарезаем мясистую часть на куски размером примерно 3х3 см. К нему добавляем мелко нарезанный лук и лимон.
Следом положим майонез, соль, специи. Все перемешаем и затем ставим в холодильник мариноваться на сутки.
Промариновавшиеся кусочки свиного сердца нанизываем на шампур и затем отправить на мангал. Готовить шашлык, поворачивая с одного бока на другой, до полной готовности. В среднем для этого потребуется примерно 20 минут. Шашлык кладем на сервировочное блюдо и подаем с овощами и маринованным луком. Приятного аппетита!
