Омлет с колбасой. Рецепт с фото
Для сытного завтрака омлет с колбасой — самое то. Показываем, как сделать его не только вкусным, но и красивым. Учтите, чем меньше размер сковороды, тем пышнее получится омлет, даже если после приготовления он частично осядет.
Для приготовления омлета вам потребуется:
- вода — 1/2 стакана
- молоко — 1/2 стакана
- соль — по вкусу
- яйцо — 5-7 шт.
- колбаса копченая — 100г
- колбаса вареная — 100г
- масло растительное — примерно 5 ст.л.
Рецепт омлета:
Яйца разбить в глубокую миску. Насыпать соль, налить молоко, воду и размешать венчиком. Взбивать до образования пены не надо, достаточно хорошо размешать.
Нарезать небольшими кубиками два вида колбасы и выложить на горячую сковороду с маслом. Сковорода должна быть небольшого диаметра, тогда омлет получится толще и пышнее. Обжаривать колбасу около трех минут, помешивая лопаткой.
Затем аккуратно влить яичную смесь и накрыть сковороду крышкой. Огонь сделать совсем небольшим и готовить около 12-15 минут, пока не испарится вся жидкость. Подавать к столу, предварительно нарезав на 6 треугольников.
